For Spring/Summer 2009 designers have come out with tons of new silhouettes. We have the swim skirt and dress as well as bathing suit tops that can look like your street clothes. So we have a whole new way to layer our swimsuit look. Throw a pair of shorts with a tiered or strapless bathing suit top. Or wear a sheer tunic over a bandeau top and skirt swimsuit.
