A few months ago it was the boyfriend jean, but now we are seeing a new development: torn jeans. While jeans with holes have been a trend for decades, the tears and shreds have been brought to a new level. It is merging grunge with punk rock with hipster. The cut of these ultra-torn jeans is skinny. The best part is, these jeans are being worn by a variety of Hollywood glamazons. These jeans can be worn casually during the day and also out at night. They are most commonly being seen in black and acid wash. 
Ever since the attack of the boyfriend jean, I've been trying to figure out how cuffed jeans could look good. And then SJP showed me the way- with a straight leg/tighter fit jean! And it looks Oh So CUTE :)
Ahhhh.. what are these celebrities thinking? And you remember this lovely incident. These jeans are so completely unflattering for the body- even waifish looking stars look thick in the hips and matronly. Do not try this at home!! I don't know why anyone would want to leave their house looking like they just got in a fight with a paranha or just generally sloppy
If you want something more comfy and easy going why not try one of these styles:
They are both wide leg but there's some shape in the hips and thighs- and they both look PUT TOGETHER!! Simple- yet chic! Not like a slob.
